7:30am daily A guided early-morning short walk leading to a private wood-fired sauna ritual inside our Puball Allais, followed by a cold-water dip. A small-group, story-rich Castle Haven experience, finishing with a healthy breakfast.

7:30AM Daily - Embark on a serene morning walk to a 1,500-year-old holy well, followed by an invigorating sea swim, wetsuits and swim buoys are provided. Afterwards, enjoy a hearty hot breakfast accompanied by captivating storytelling.

9:00AM Daily - This is an area of the Wild Atlantic Way that is not know to many people but is spectacularly beautiful. From hidden rock pools to amazing vistas and wildlife, the Toe Head peninsula is simply amazing.

10AM Daily - Explore the enchanting landscapes of West Cork on this eBike Adventure, traversing hilly bóithríní with ease. Discover historic monuments, breathtaking coastal views, and captivating archaeological sites like Drombeg Stone Circle.

12:00 noon daily – An intimate, luxury experience (max 8). Includes a picnic of local artisan foods & Celine's home baking. Explore Castlehaven through its placenames, unlocking unique insights into its history, culture, and deep sense of place.

Join us at 4pm in Union Hall for a 20km bike tour. Delve into local folklore and the words from Irish still used locally. This is a chance to immerse yourself in the magic of Irish culture. Price includes eBike hire plus helmets.
